Responsibilities
- Installing new software and hardware components.
- Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
- Applying network administration tasks.
- Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc.
- Installing, Configuring, and maintaining VOIP servers and equipment.
- Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
- Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
- Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
- Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
- Provide training to new employees and other training sessions as required.
- Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum five years of work experience in an IT role as a full-time job.
- Experience in Microsoft networks.
- Experience in VOIP servers and equipment configuration & maintenance.
- Experience in Cloud Applications is a plus.
