Sr. Data Analyst

• Understand Content goals and KPIs and be able to align reports and insights based on them. Identify and investigate trends, anomalies and opportunities to improve Agoda s Content strategy
  
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  
• Work with product, data/BI team and IT to create data resources and build appropriate reporting
  
• Create dashboards for internal and external stakeholders based on simple & complex requirements
  
• Build and maintain DWH models based on data from different sources and business needs.
  
• Conduct detailed data analysis on data used across business units to evaluate business processes and improve on/create new features
  
• Respond to data and product related inquiries in real time to support business and technical teams
  
• Provide relational database expertise to construct and execute SQL queries to be used in data analysis activities
  
• Provide data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers.
  

Requirements

• You have a BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management.
  
• You have 3 to 5 years working experience as a Data Analyst.
  
• You enjoy solving problems and simplifying complicated challenges.
  
• You have high problem-solving skills.
  
• Your accuracy and attention to details is superb.
  
• You have technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
  
• You have strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL etc),
  
• You have Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI.
  
• You can translate business requirements into insights and actions.
  
• You have demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
  
• Knowledge in Data engineering and ETL frameworks is a plus.
