Public Relations Specialist

Job Description

• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at the governmental entities.
  Arrange public appearances, contests, or exhibits for clients to increase product and service awareness and to promote goodwill.
• Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson.
• Study the objectives, promotional policies and needs of organizations to develop public relations strategies that will promote ideas and services.
• Confer with department managers to identify trends and key group interests and concerns or to provide advice on business decisions.
• Handle entry visas and external communication with foreign embassies.
• Handling all of the business trips process for the employees (issuing visas - flight tickets - hotel accommodations...).
• Deal and contract with travel agencies and hotels.
• Get special vacations offers for the employees.
• Prepare and submit PR reports.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Fluent English; another European language would be an asset.
• BSc. from tourism and hotels.
• Media Knowledge.
• Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
• 3 – 5 years of experience.
