Responsibilities
- Hunt, prospect and call mid-size and large enterprises customers across Egypt and the middle east.
- Identify and analyze pain points for prospective customers and identify their tactical needs and area of development.
- Run a complete sales process on all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, proposal, submission, negotiation and signing of the deal.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with Director & VP-level executives at targeted firms.
- Setting goals and developing plans to achieve commercial targets and maintain the company's growth.
- Pro-active analysis of technical training opportunities in the target business lines and identifying potential customers.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or any relevant field.
- 10 years of overall experience with 5+ years directly with an embedded, software engineering services company and over 3 years of experience in selling, marketing and digital engineering services.
- Fluency in English.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- The candidate should have direct and first-hand experience in hunting and opening new accounts in Egypt.
- Good understanding of technical training services in order to represent it for the prospective clients.
- Direct experience and a good understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing the deal.
- Proven experience in collaborating with internal, external and global clients in the technical field.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales quota.
- Able and willing to develop and penetrate a client base in the new country.
- Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with director and VP of engineering management (client’s side).
- Good technical skills to carry out the first level of technical discussions with prospective customers.
