الوصف الوظيفي
- Maintain and direct assignments to Administrative Assistants and team
- Learn, record trainings, train and facilitate all programs and facets of the entire team and operation
- Prepare listings by preparing electronic files, implementing plans, preparing CMA, and RPR documents, scheduling and confirming appointments
- Prepare, update, and implement appropriate task lists for buyers and sellers
- Process and order title for individual buyers
- Implement plan and walk-through buyer process to settlement with individual buyers
- Set up showing time to allow sellers to confirm or autoconfirm showings
- Send all documents to sellers as requested
- Track the sales and keep the agent updated on deadlines
- Order and receive seller documents before settlement and schedule them to come to the office to sign before a notary public
- Order magazine subscriptions upon request
- Perform other related duties, regardless of personal or office related, as assigned
