The Role
VHR is an international technical recruitment company headquartered in London supplying contract and permanent technical and professional staff to our clients within the Aerospace & Aviation F1 & Motorsport Engineering & Defence and Marine sectors. VHR currently employs circa 70 members of staff across its 10 global offices and generates a turnover of over $50 Million annually. The Companys medium term aim is to grow to 150 people and 100 Million turnover within the next 35 years. The Role: The onsite coordinator acts as an extension of our Customers HR and administration function. They are responsible for the timely and smooth delivery of all VHR workers from their domicile location to VHRs Customer work location. Following arrival the onsite coordinator will ensure the contingent workers are settled in and happy with their living arrangements etc and will monitor performance of the services provided by the contingent workers to the Customer for the duration of the ignment. The onsite coordinator is responsible for the strengthening of the VHR/Customer relationship by successful ongoing management of the workers through efficient expedition of the roles and responsibilities listed below and providing simultaneous istance to the Customer in relation to the Customers internal processes and operational needs. Supporting VHR and all VHR workers in respect of; ist with contingent workers travel arrangements as and when required. ist with visa residents permit ID processing / renewal Manage customer relationship in terms of current open requirements Act as internal customer to VHR Account teams in the UK and UAE to ensure smooth delivery of the programme. Ensuring rapid distribution of new requirements to VHRs offices as and when received. Recruitment: recruitment trips interview/selection next to client pipeline referencing and liaising directly with recruitment partner Support with interviews both F2F and via TEAMS. Use and management of VHRs internal CRM system Coordinate arrival of new starters to accommodation and provide welcome brief. Coordinate arrival into the Customer facility at commencement of their ignment. Obtain all required forms and pes for each starter at the commencement of their contract of employment. Local presence and support to the Customer and workers in respect of problem resolution Provide first hand support for integrating and localising workers into new country and new team. Confront and resolve any issues and queries at a local level. Provide a friendly face on the ground who can ist workers with work related and any personal issues. Process timesheets ensuring receipt of all timesheets from each contingent worker (inclusive of authorising signatures) and relay the required paperwork to VHR Accounts team Ensure the filing of local doentation is controlled in a professional and exhaustive manner at all times and where possible duplicated in soft copy filing in an organised fashion Maintain and develop local procedures keeping in a local VHR procedures manual General administration duties Provide general support istance to the Customer as and when required Key Responsibilities: Recruitment process control and facilitation Doent Collection (new starters) Database Management Onboarding support for new starters Timesheet Management/Payroll SS and Data Input double checking pay/charge rates (more varied than with Etihad)
Requirements
- Highlyorganized with a strong attention to detail Selfmanaged: can prioritize own tasks and plan ahead Communication and ability to interact comfortably with stakeholders Being ertive and not afraid to ask questions Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines You must be available to work in Riyadh Written and spoken fluency in English (imperative) Excellent communication and interpersonal ss Experience of working within a similar role Ability to work with local authorities & within guidelines Strong IT organisational & Administration ss Experience of working with Microsoft packages Strong numeracy ss & attention to detail Hard working & reliable The ideal candidate will have some Aviation knowledge but this is preferable not essential.
