- Oversee the supervision of assigned personnel, including hiring, work allocation, training, motivating employees to achieve peak productivity; manage performance; and recommendations for career development, promotion, discipline and separation.
- Develop a positive work culture for a high performing, motivated, satisfied team of department head.
- Build & Develop quality assurance policy and ensure implementation.
- Ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
