Chez Amika, :
- Vous êtes Maître de votre horaire– vous travaillez où, avec qui et quand vous le souhaitez, permettant ainsi conciliation travail-famille
- Vous travaillez avec un seul client à la fois, à son rythme, en respectant vos limites.
- Vous travaillez le nombre d’heures par semaine que vous souhaitez.
- Vous avez une possibilité d’augmentation salariale rapide, en plus de bénéficier d’une formation RCR ainsi que d'autres formations stimulantes diverses pour vous perfectionner dans votre travail.
