About Life Project 4 Youth
LIFE PROJECT 4 YOUTH - LP4Y LP4Y is an international movement of local organizations specializing in the development of innovative solutions for the professional and social integration of excluded Youth living in extreme poverty. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT CENTER - LP4Y The Training & Development Center is a 6 months pedagogy solution developed by LP4Y for Youth to develop soft & hard skills in order to then integrate sustainably in the decent world. In the center, the Youth are working in a Micro Company, for which they will develop training to the community. The goal is for them to be actor and responsible, so they develop and grow in a learning by doing pedagogy. The project uses a hands-on pedagogy in the social and professional integration of Youth based on the 15 years experience of Life Project 4 Youth Foundation. Since 2009, +8000 Youth have been accompanied to the professional world. We are currently hiring for our first center in Cairo, in Ezbet el Nakhl.
