Spa Therapist

We are looking to hire a Spa Therapist for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Certification or licensure as a Massage Therapist or Esthetician from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role preferably within a luxury hotel or spa environment.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities skincare treatments and spa therapies.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with guests and colleagues.
• Impeccable personal grooming and presentation standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Execute the Treatment in an extremely welltrained professional and comfortable manner completely consistent with verbal and written descriptions while following the SOPs
• Maintain the Treatment room and Spa area as per the brand standards.
• Advise the Guest on appropriate treatments keeping in mind his needs and preferences.
