Our highly motivated tech team of developers, product owners, designers and QAs is looking for a Senior Python/Odoo Developer (f/m/d) who knows how to turn entreprise resource management into reliable code and has experience in setting up enduring process infrastructures

We are looking for an experienced Python software developer to join our development team in Nepal full time. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our internal ERP (Odoo). This is a senior role hence you will have the opportunity to shape our team and its engineering processes.

• Develop outstanding solutions for our internal ERP (Odoo)
• Take over ownership of the assigned software modules/applications and deliver bleeding edge solutions for feature requests on a prime-quality level
• Design/develop an effective and scalable integrated solution within Odoo and with third party application integrations (Shopify, Amazon, carriers etc)
• Troubleshoot, debug, fix and upgrade software and ensure Odoo works as a rock in the surf in day-to-day practice
• Implement and drive coding standards, code levels and design reviews as a coding standard ambassador - enabling great teamwork and high quality

Unsere Anforderungen

Your Profile

• 3+ years of working experience with ERPs (practical knowledge of Odoo is an advantage)
• 5+ years of working experience with Python or any other Object-Oriented programming language
• Experience working with Typescript / Javascript is not a must, but a strong plus
• Familiarity with database architecture and design concepts (UML/ERD)
• Debugging and optimisation of tailored solutions is your bread and butter
• Excellent communicator and an outstanding team player
