Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing a sales strategy to bring our products to market. Setting and achieving sales targets and goals.
Managing the sales team including hiring training and motivating employees.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.
Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competition to ensure product competitiveness.
Organizing marketing and promotional activities to promote products.
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in a senior sales position.
Proven experience in successfully bringing products to market.
Strong skills in team management and employee motivation.
Strong understanding of market trends and competition.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent knowledge of the Region in particular the automotive industry.
High level of professional responsibility and initiative.
