HireNow Staffing is currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Med/Surgical team in Fort Mohave AZ. As an RN in the Med/Surgical unit you will provide compassionate care to patients recovering from surgery or acute medical conditions collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Position: RN Med/Surgical Fulltime

Location: Fort Mohave AZ 86426

Shift: 12hour nights

Salary: $72000.00 $94000.00

$20000 signon bonus and Relocation for a 3year commitment

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients medical conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients vital signs and condition reporting any changes to healthcare team
• Educate patients and their families on postoperative care and selfmanagement techniques
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

MustHave:

1 Associate Degree from an accredited professional nursing school required.

2 Certifications: BLS required upon hire.

3 1 year as Registered Nurse Med Surge RN Emergency Room PACU and/or Cath Lab required

4 Arizona Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse Required.

NiceToHaves:

1 3 years experience RN Med Surge ER PACU and/or Cath Lab
