Production Supervisor

• Must have a minimum of 57 years of experience as a production supervisor in the Rope Wire industry.

  
  

• Experience in Rope Wire/Hose assembly is required.

  
  

• Ability to lead effectively and manage a team of technicians to ensure smooth production processes and meet production targets.

  
  

• Good communication skills to liaise with management communicate production goals to the team and address any issues or concerns.

• Oversee and coordinate all production activities including scheduling resource allocation and workflow management.

  
  

• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications by implementing and monitoring quality control procedures.

  
  

• Provide training and guidance to technicians to improve skills and enhance productivity.

  
  

• Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

  
  

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely replenishment of materials.

  
  

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

  
  

• Minimum 57 years of experience as a production supervisor in the Rope Wire industry.

  
  

• Familiarity with Rope Wire/Hose assembly processes and equipment.

  
  

• Strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities to manage a team effectively.

  
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
