Production Manager

This position is for a company that strong in oleochemical and soap industry.

Placement in Medan. Candidates domiciled in Medan / Sumatera Utara is a preferrable.

Job Desc:

• Responsible for implementation of the production plan in both quantities and quality.
• Maintain daily production reports.
• Maintain good manufacturing practice productivity with regard to quality and quality and to ensure optimum utilization of production elements.
• Planning the issuing and delivery of raw materials for stores and to ensure proper storage in identified area.
• Participate in Product Development Programs.
• Responsible for the Good House Keeping & Good up keeping of all the company equipment & assets.
• Comply with industrial safety regulations and the availability of the safety implements required.
• Ensure the real time data entry by all sections to SAP system. Accuracy of the data entry to be ensured.
• Ensure document and data control as per quality assurance concepts.
• Identify and plan the process control activity with directly affect the quality and ensure the process are carried out under controlled conditions.
• Ensure the targets of QDI & RFT for their area
• The position will report to the Plant Manager and GM.

Requirements:

• Education background; Diploma or Bachelor in Chemical Industrial or Mechanical Engineering

• At least 7 years experience in Saponification and/or Soap Making Manufacture.

• Have good communication skills in English both oral and written.

• Able to work as individual and able to work as team in cross functional department

• Familiar with SAP System

• Computer literate (Ms. Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

• Have good leadership communication skills problem solving and able to coaching and mentoring people.

• Understanding ISO 9001 ISO 14001 SMK3 GMP and Halal Assurance System HAS 23000

• Willing to be placed in KIM II Mabar Medan.
