A wellestablished organisation is currently looking for Personal Assistant in their Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Good experience working as Personal Assistant
  
• Proactively managing appointments expense claims meeting minutes management reporting and confidential information as well
  
• Involve in managing travel arrangement both local and international travels as well as travel agendas
  
• Maintain good relationships with Senior Leadership team Division Heads Finance Support and other departments on workrelated matters
  
• Prioritise on handling urgent matters and follow up through completion
  
• Taking on other tasks and responsibilities as and when required such as official functions company events and etc
  
• Good communication skills in English with proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin as an added advantage
