Location: Remote (EST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and versatile individual to fill a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of an Outbound Representative (utilizing cold calling techniques) and an Account Manager (managing relationships with current clients). This hybrid position offers significant growth and advancement opportunities.

Role Overview:

In this multifaceted position you will be instrumental in driving new business development while also nurturing existing customer relationships. By conducting outbound cold calls youll introduce potential customers to our exceptional products and services and as an Account Manager youll ensure our current clients receive outstanding support and service. Youll have the support of a dedicated cold emailer to assist with data collection allowing you to focus on engagement and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
  • Regularly check in on current clients ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any needs or concerns.
  • Identify and qualify leads utilizing support from our cold emailer to streamline the process.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team for a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients.

Requirements:

  • High level of spoken English with minimal accent.
  • Proven track record in cold calling and sales.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a resultsdriven environment.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to suggest/implement new systems.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM software (preferred but not mandatory).

NicetoHaves:

  • Previous experience using ZoomInfo or similar tools for lead generation.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
