About you:

You enjoy working with people and are always happy to lend a hand where needed. Comfortable working in a pretty fast changing environment you are happy to grow with the role as the company develops. Working well under some pressure youve got experience in keeping lines of communication open about timelines and workload. With excellent experience in supporting higher level members of staff you will be very comfortable speaking with colleagues at all levels within the company.

What will I spend my day doing at Noriker

  • Youll work closely with the inhouse legal team to support in all aspects of legal administration

  • You will also work with colleagues across the recruitment and projects teams with administrative tasks when required

  • Assist your colleagues with diary management including organising meetings and arranging appointments

  • Where required youll assist with the preparation of board packs and monthly reporting

  • Ensure administration systems are kept up to date and remain easy to use

  • Helping various projects to draft presentations from information provided to you

  • General duties in the office environment management travel management events and social arrangements

  • Previous office administration experience is key here

  • As a results driven selfmotivated person with a Can Do attitude you will be motivated by knowing youve had a job well done

  • Youre be a great communicator both verbal and written

  • You are great at task prioritisation and can manage your time well

  • Youre reliable and resourceful and most importantly enjoy what you do!
