We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our esteemed international client as a Landlord Reporting Analyst. In this role you will play a pivotal part in our client s financial operations by preparing detailed financial statements for landlords ensuring accuracy and compliance with lease agreements. You will be responsible for calculating turnover rent or profit share as well as managing the invoicing process for recoverable expenses and management fees for assigned sites.

Rev Up Your Role: Steering Financial Precision
  • Prepare financial statements for landlords detailing income and costs as per lease agreements and calculating turnover rent or profit share.
  • Invoice all recoverable expenses and management fees in line with contract terms for assigned sites.
  • Arrange relevant payment of equity rents and gross receipts via invoices received prepayment or selfbilling methods.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure prompt payment for invoices raised and escalate any issues to the Senior Finance Analyst or relevant Head of Function.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders enhancing financial awareness and proactively manage risks or opportunities.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to take a databased approach to decisionmaking support client requests and drive commercial innovation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all queries and ensure corrective action is taken.
  • Obtain an indepth understanding of contracts to ensure consistency and commonality of reporting to all clients.
  • Prepare audit working papers for each equity and managed site requiring an audit liaising with auditors providing information and responding to queries to ensure audits are issued within contractual deadlines.
  • Liaise with NCPs auditors provide sample data and respond to queries to ensure timely completion of the company financial audit.
  • Highlight potential risks and opportunities to management.
  • Improve business/finance processes through simplification and automation.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to take a highlevel approach as well as obsession with detail.
  • Good IT skills (Excel preferable at Advanced level and Oracle).
  • Team Player willing to learn and drive initiatives forward.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of accounting standards / processes.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting preferably w/ Property Management background.
  • Graduate of accounting finance economics banking or any related degree.
  • Experience using Oracle (preferred).
  • Multisite experience essential.
  • Demonstrable skills in tight financial control.
