IT Recruiter

Weve set ourselves some ambitious growth targets for 2024. As our projects portfolio expands well need to grow our teams while still upholding our core principles and striving for excellence. For INSPYRE to be a longterm success a systematic strategy for hiring will be required. To keep our hiring funnels full and achieve these targets we are looking for a IT Recruiter to join our team.

Tasks

Endto end recruitment

• Building talent pools for our divisions.
• Activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean. Explore platforms like LinkedIn Github but stand ready to go elsewhere for hardtofind talent.
• Experiment with new sourcing tools.
• Convince candidates to respond to your outreach efforts by using inventive and persuasive communications.
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates.
• Provide regular feedback to candidates during the selection process.
• Support the candidates onboarding process from hiring to their first day at the organisation.
• Provide recruitment reports to the Head of Talent.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in technical recruitment preferably in an IT consultancy or scaleup environment.
• Knows how to use Boolean searches.
• Expert at using LinkedIn familiar with other platforms channels and tools.
• Writing skills that are both creative and convincing.
• Businesssavvy able to grasp business models quickly and apply them to the demands of our jobs.
• Working proficiency in English and native or close to native in Hungarian.
