Job Description

Identifies recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices in hiring the best Talents for the group and subsidiaries.
Designs, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews, administer psychometric tests etc.).
Manages the employment cycle from onboarding till off-boarding.
Ensures organization s compliance with laws and regulations, recommends best practices to maintain compliance.
Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes to support the organization s human capital compliance and strategy needs.
Applies knowledge to communicate changes in policy & practices, and recommend to upper management.
Oversees the HR programs including, but not limited to, payroll, leaves; disciplinary matters; investigations; productivity, recognition, and occupational health & safety.
Manages and enhance internal communication.
Develops and conducts OHI survey to analyzes the impact of the Group & OpCos practices and culture on performance and create plans to improve it.
Strives to build an organizational culture in which the Talents play active role in achieving results.
Handles Grievances & Complaints to maintain positive work environment.
Suggests measures for improving employee retention.
Designs, plans and executes employer branding activities.
Manages the HR information system (HRIS).
Develops and implements departmental budget.
Creates and presents KPI reports.
Any other duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements

University degree in Human Resources or related field.
5 years of proven working experience as HR Manager of an organization with no less than 100 employees
Good oral and written communication skills (Arabic and English).
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.


Bachelor's degree in physical therapy. Minimum 7 years of proven experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of the body s anatomy and how it functions. Ability to use different types of equipment to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses. Ability to sustain physical activity for long periods of time. Effective communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Fluent in Arabic and English.
