Responsibilities include exclusively handling inbound calls assisting Germanspeaking clients and multitasking as necessary to address inquiries regarding travel issues and booking or rebooking accommodations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers through email phone and chat channels
• Providing customer support for the online platform services
• Handling inbound calls exclusively without outbound calls
• Offering assistance to clients who speak Dutch
• Performing multitasking as required
• Addressing inquiries related to travel concerns
• Handling queries regarding booking or rebooking accommodations

Qualifications:

• C1 proficiency in German
• B2 proficiency in English
