Commi Bakery

We are looking to hire a Commi Bakery for one of our client companies.

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institute.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques cooking methods and ingredients with a passion for experimenting with flavors and textures.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of kitchen professionals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Impeccable attention to detail with a commitment to delivering flawless dishes that delight our guests.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sous Chef/ C D P in developing and standardizing new recipes.
• Devise methods for optimal use of raw materials & fuel and maintain the budgeted food cost.
• Monitor adherence to Safety Hygiene and Cleanliness standards.
• Assist the Executive chef in the area of Food Festivals Menu planning & Pricing.
• Ensure good physical upkeep and condition of equipment and utensils in all the kitchens and coordinate with the Engineering department for the repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure through regular monitoring of GSTS and constant guest feedback prompt efficient and accurate service to all guests along with the best quality products
