Our client a leading manufacturer in the metal industry specializing in highquality rolled metal products seeks to recruit a skilled Cold Rolling Operator to join their production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining coldrolling machinery to produce precision metal sheets or strips according to specified requirements. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate cold rolling machines to process metal sheets or strips according to production specifications.
  
• Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and tolerances.
  
• Perform adjustments to machinery settings as needed to maintain proper rolling processes.
  
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.
  
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and repair machinery as necessary.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations always.
  
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  
• Work effectively within a team environment to meet production goals and deadlines.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience (2 years) as a Cold Rolling Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Strong technical understanding of cold rolling processes and machinery.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  
• Proficiency in machine setup operation and troubleshooting.
  
• Attention to detail and qualityfocused mindset.
  
• Good mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials if required.
  

Working Conditions:

This position operates in a manufacturing environment where adherence to safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. The Circle Cutting Operator may be required to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy materials.
