As a Billing Analyst youll play a vital role in our client s operations ensuring the smooth flow of information and transactions in transportation logistics. Your responsibilities will include managing fees and price changes tracking shipments and facilitating document management processes. • Monitor and report fees and pricing changes.
  
• Ensure accurate billing information is provided to clients.
  
• Handle billing discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
  
• Assist in the smooth flow of information between various departments and clients.
  
• Download and present necessary documents to clients as required.
  
• Collect and organize relevant documents for billing and shipping processes.
  
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  
• Identify any shipmentrelated issues and take appropriate actions.
  
• Proactively identify discrepancies in billing or shipping information.
  
• Escalate discrepancies with proper documentation for resolution.
  
• Manage document requests and uploads to the system.
  
• Ensure all necessary documents are collected and organized efficiently.
  
• Take a proactive approach to anticipate and address potential issues.
  
• Suggest improvements to streamline billing and shipping processes.
