Assembly Technician AST

Position Name

What youll do:

Complete machine assemblies based on mechanical design. Complete electrical wiring and connections based on electrical diagram. Complete Pneumatic connections based on pneumatic diagram. Develop PLC programs and HMI. Configure control devices such as Cameras servo drivers load cells lasers LVDT. Machine Debugging supporting Controls Engineers and ensure 100% compliance with assembly check list. Support TBO SBO BO1 and BO2 as required. Support plan implementations such as new machines and retrofits. Travel to other plants and supplier locations to perform Buy Offs. Attend Design reviews to ensure wiring considerations on mechanical design.

What is required:

Certifications/Accreditations Lifting Loads Correct use of tools Previous Experience 3 Years as minimum. Languages Read manuals in English 60.
