Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced clientfocused Account Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our existing clients ensuring their success and satisfaction with our softwarebased dual citizenship and residency products and services. This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of global mobility through technology. Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison for your clients cultivating durable partnerships and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
  • Program Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the residency and citizenship programs on our platform to provide tailored support primarily through the GlobalPassportTM app.
  • Customized Support: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and utilize the GlobalPassportTM app to deliver personalized assistance tailored to client needs.

Strategic Operations:

  • Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with our product engineering and growth teams to ensure client requirements are efficiently met and any issues are promptly resolved.
  • Client Retention: Monitor client engagement proactively addressing potential issues to maintain and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Growth Opportunities: Actively seek out and develop opportunities for expanding client accounts through strategic upselling and crossselling.

Administrative Duties:

  • Data Management: Keep meticulous records of client interactions account status and financial transactions using our HubSpot CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consumerfacing roles such as account management or client services.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and provide consultative solutionbased advice
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (specifically Hubspot) with Notion for project management
  • Proficiency with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT Perplexity Claude etc.) and eagerness to learn more
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Passion for consumer technology and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Bachelors degree (ideal not required)
