About the Role:

The Oracle Fusion Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our Oracle Fusion applications within the Transportation and Warehousing sector. This position is responsible for managing system configurations user access and performance monitoring to enhance operational efficiency. The administrator will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement system upgrades and troubleshoot issues ensuring minimal disruption to business processes. Additionally this role involves providing training and support to endusers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Ultimately the Oracle Fusion Administrator will contribute to the overall success of the organization by ensuring that our technology solutions align with business objectives and enhance productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion applications and database management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle certification in Fusion applications or related technologies.
• Experience in the Transportation and Warehousing industry.
• Familiarity with cloudbased solutions and integration processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Oracle Fusion applications ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Configure user access and security settings to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide training and support to endusers facilitating effective use of Oracle Fusion applications.

Skills:

The required skills for this role include a strong technical background in Oracle Fusion applications which will be utilized daily to manage system configurations and troubleshoot issues. Attention to detail is essential for monitoring system performance and ensuring data security. Effective communication skills are necessary for providing training and support to endusers enabling them to leverage the system effectively. Problemsolving skills will be applied to identify and implement solutions for system enhancements and upgrades. Additionally familiarity with cloud technologies will be beneficial in adapting to evolving IT landscapes and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
