Job Description
Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate
Location: Atlanta GA
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $17.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Quality Assurance Associates for a family owned and operated warehouse located in Atlanta! This company produces the highest quality tortillas that differ in size weight color and flavor to meet a wide variety of customer needs.
Qualifications for Quality Assurance Associates:
After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Reading writing and mathematical skills.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
1 year of food manufacturing experience is preferred.
Ability to working independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to stoop kneel climb reach stand walk push pull talk hear lift and perform repetitive motions.
Must be willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Assignment Duties for Quality Assurance Associates:
Monitoring of production lines including weights metal detection product and case coding and operator paperwork.
Maintaining accurate and complete records of monitoring.
Supervision of line employees to meet GMP and Quality Food Safety Management System requirements.
Placing any inferior or questionable products shall be placed on departmental temporary hold.
Receiving Bulk Flour per standard operating procedures.
Shift Details: MondayFriday 5:45AM6:15PM (occasional mandatory Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
