Cement Plant Detailed Design Engineering Procurement Specialists
We have positions For Mechanical @level of Senior Engineers to Senior Managers from Cement Manufacturing Companies /Cement Consulting firms. Role/Designation/Salary will depend on your experience and expertise.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Company Profile :
Our client is an old wellestablished ISOcertified consulting company primarily positioned to service the entire gamut of needs of the global cement industry. It also offers comprehensive services in the areas of Power Highways & Bridges and Engineering Support Services for Bulk Material Handling & Structural Steel Detailing. Its portfolio of services spans all disciplines of Engineering Business Consulting Geology & Mining Project & Construction Management Environment Management Performance Enhancement Logistics etc. In addition the company operates and maintains cement plants globally for its clients and provides solutions encompassing the integrated delivery of services & products through its domestic & international group entities. Clients till date include 800 comprising of cement producers equipment & service providers EPC & construction firms infrastructure developers investing & funding bodies and all other relevant stakeholders through 3900 consulting assignments in 90 countries executed by its 300 multidisciplinary staff with an experience inventory of 6300 personyears. These include a wide range of services from concept to commissioning for greenfield modernization/ conversion/ expansion of cement as well as Captive power plant/ Waste heat recovery based power plant projects. In addition they operate in other related areas such as Highways & Bridges Engineering Support & Detailing Building Materials Material Handling Alternate Fuel & Raw Materials (AFR) etc.

- Finalization of Technical Concept/ Plant Layout/Flowsheet/Mass Flow Diagram
- Capacity Computations
- Checking of Preliminary Layouts/ Flowsheets/GA Drawings etc)
- Procurement (Main Machinery & Auxiliaries)
- Main Machinery & Auxiliaries
- Tender Documents
- Tender Evaluation
- Purchase Negotiations & Recommendation
- Inspection Supplier Coordination & Interfacing Followup
- Auxiliaries
- Tender Documents
- Tender Evaluation
- Purchase Negotiations & Recommendation
- Inspection Supplier Coordination & Interfacing Followup
- Detailed Engineering
- Assimilation of Load Data
- Computations for Conveying Equipment/ Fans/ Ducts/ Chutes/ Venting/ Piping/ Pollution Control Equipment/ Services etc
- Checking of Final Layout/ Flowsheets/ GAs & Vendor Drawings/ Fabrication Drawings
- Concurrence Checking of Civil/ Electrical Drawings etc
