Job Description
Job Summary:
The Lube Technician at Schlossmann Subaru City Of Milwaukee is responsible for providing exceptional service and maintenance to our customers vehicles. This is a fulltime hourly position in the Auto industry located in Milwaukee Wisconsin. As a skilled individual contributor the Lube Technician will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our dealership and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance services on vehicles including oil changes tire rotations and filter replacements
Check and refill fluids such as coolant transmission and brake fluids
Inspect and replace worn or damaged belts and hoses
Conduct multipoint inspections to identify potential issues with vehicles
Communicate any recommended or necessary repairs to customers
Keep accurate records of all services and repairs performed
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient and timely service for customers
Continuously strive to improve skills and stay updated on industry advancements and best practices
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a lube technician or similar role in the automotive industry preferred
Knowledge of basic automotive systems and maintenance procedures
Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional Saturdays
