To achieve this were seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager who can help us expand our FSI client base strengthen relationships and drive transformative solutions for our clients.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager specialising in the FSI sector you will play a pivotal role in shaping Ippons growth in Australia. Youll identify opportunities build strong client relationships and develop strategies to position Ippon as a trusted partner for Tier 1 FSI organisations. Working closely with our local and global teams youll have the autonomy and resources to make a significant impact.
Were seeking a strategic visionary BDM with extensive experience in the FSI sector who can drive revenue growth and client success.
The ideal candidate will have:
12 years of success in tech services sales with experience in deals valued at $25 million.
Strong relationships with Melbournebased Tier 1 FSI organisations.
Proven track record in tech consulting sales and a wellestablished network in Melbourne.
Expertise in financial modelling business case development and presenting ROIdriven solutions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills including engagement with CSuite executives.
Experience in designing and executing business development strategies.
Proficiency in contract negotiation and tender processes.
The ability to connect techdriven initiatives with tangible business outcomes.
A proactive solutionsfocused mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with Tier 1 FSI clients in Melbourne achieving meaningful engagements within your first year.
Develop and execute growth strategies that align with client needs and Ippons strengths.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research networking and strategic outreach.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals ROIdriven solutions and strategic presentations.
Stay across local and global industry trends to position Ippon as an innovative leader.
Represent Ippon at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with Ippons capabilities.
Contribute to building strong cohesive teams that drive both business and client success.
