The Service / Installation Technician will be in charge of the full scope of the job / service request and ultimately reaching a solution and is responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork they are assigned.
- Complete complex installs setup and calibration of home automation equipment
- Advanced troubleshooting of Control4 systems and integrated technologies
- Custom programming in Control4
- Assigned Vehicle care and maintenance
- 13 years installation experience in the AV industry
- Control4 Associate Installer and Automation Programmer certifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detailed organized and driven
- Proactive selfdirecting and goaloriented
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Valid drivers license good driving record and pass a background check
- Ability to climb a ladder of at least 15 and lift 50 pounds
