Job Description
Fortinet is growing and we are looking to hire a Sr Software Development Engineer to join our team in Ottawa.
As a Senior Software Development Engineer you will have:
- 5 Years of software development experience
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in electrical or computer engineering/science
- Experience in C/C programming
- A Solid background in TCP/IP networking and multithreaded programming
- Experience with video or streaming related protocols such as RTSP and webRTC (an asset)
- Experience with high performance applications an asset
- Knowledge of Linux kernel and Linux security applications a plus
- Excellent problem solving troubleshooting & communication skills
