Ad Expertise: Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads with experience
running performancedriven social media campaigns.
Creative Skills: Familiarity with Canva and the ability to provide input on graphics
and visuals. Knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro CapCut or
VN is a bonus.
Platform Knowledge: Indepth understanding of social media algorithms audience
segmentation and best practices for each platform.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft engaging
captions scripts and content strategies.
Trend Awareness: Passion for researching and experimenting with new content
formats and staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Calendar Creation: Develop and execute monthly social media
calendars aligned with brand objectives ensuring cohesive storytelling across all
platforms.
Platform Management: Manage and grow social media accounts including
Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube and TikTok ensuring consistent
engagement and follower growth.
Campaign : Strategize set up and optimize paid campaigns on Google
and Meta platforms to achieve key business goals.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers and visualizers to
develop eyecatching creatives animations and video content tailored to platform
specific audiences.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics including
engagement reach CTR and ROI. Create detailed reports to guide datadriven
decisionmaking.
Trend Research & Experimentation: Stay updated with the latest social media
trends algorithm changes and viral content ideas. Implement innovative strategies to
maintain a competitive edge.
CrossFunctional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing design and content
teams to align social campaigns with broader business objectives.
