We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Emergency Clinical Pharmacist to join our clients team in Ashford Kent. As a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist the role involves providing expert pharmaceutical care to patients in urgent and emergency care settings. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
What will your responsibilities be:
The Emergency Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients in urgent and emergency care settings. Duties include conducting medication reviews providing clinical advice to healthcare professionals and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. The pharmacist will also be involved in the development and implementation of treatment protocols participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to the education and training of staff. Maintaining accurate records and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations are essential aspects of this role.
