Compensation and Benefits Manager
We have been contracted by a Global, established, leading-edge manufacturer of connected commercial lighting products to identify a Compensation and Benefits Manager based in the Indianapolis Metro Area.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and problem solver with previous Human Resources experience, including experience in the design and implementation ofcompensation and benefits programs.
You will be tasked with:
⢠Researching, analyzing, and recommending benefits programs, byunderstanding trends in the market.
⢠Overseeing the management and execution of the pension plans in North American Markets.
⢠Taking a leadership role in the negotiation and contracts with benefit plan providers, vendors, auditors andconsultants.
⢠Evaluating the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and advise on all aspects of compensation management including job analysis and evaluations, paydecisions, salary surveys and market data, annual salary planning and other compensationpractices.
