Workday Recruitement Consultant - USC and GC

• 10 years of extensive experience years in implementation and operations of Workday requirements gathering configuration testing and troubleshooting.
• Must have expertise in the Recruitment module.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing integration managing and optimizing Workday systems in a live environment including proficiency in Workday HCM recruitment Advanced Compensation Payroll Benefits Time Off Absence Performance and Development Learning Integrations Security Advanced Reporting BIRT Prism Analytics and/or Expenses configurations.
• Proficiency with XML REST SOAP JSON JavaScript and be knowledgeable in an objectoriented programming language.
• Experience of designing workflows to solve business/ Workday Studio Core connectors and EIB / Ability Create

• Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains (Payroll Benefits Recruiting Emp Discounts Contingent Work nomination procedures etc.) and Financials Management (General Ledger Banking Billing Accounts Payable etc.)
• Good understanding and experience in cloud computing web services REST APIs and associated integration challenges
• Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their requirements and be a key contributor to guiding developing and educating others within the Workday practice.
• Workday integration certification is a plus.
• Experience on Workday Extend is a plus.
