- Ensure an ideal degree of client satisfaction.
- Investigate client issues deeply to get the root cause of these issues.
- Grant high priority to tickets and issues have been escalated.
- Ability to work on different time shifts to guarantee the coverage of all partner's working hours.
- Provide documented solutions to the partners to keep a history of the issues and the solutions.
