Senior Technology Leader

About the role:

• iLink Digital is in need of a well-rounded and motivated Senior Technology Leader who will provide technical thought leadership for the Digital Experience business unit
• Develop, build and maintains relationships with key customer decision makers and influencers: including CxO, enterprise architects, application development teams and senior management.
• Provide architectural, technology and design guidance to customers as well as internal project teams in dealing with cutting edge technologies
• Collaborate with the sales team to qualify opportunities regarding technical requirements and prepare technical responses to bids (RFP s & RFI s)
• Manage the R&D team to create new products, accelerators based on the customer or market needs

Requirements

Technical Skills needed:

• The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of IT experience as a technical specialist, technical Pre-sales, Solution Architect in Customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work at CTO level to build / develop IT Strategy and Solutions
• Architecting, implementing, and delivering complex solutions for large scale, mission-critical IT environments
• Extensive experience with Enterprise Solution Architecture practices and patterns
• Good understanding of typical enterprise applications and IT infrastructures
• Demonstrated experience designing, building, or managing public, private, or hybrid cloud solutions for customers using Azure or AWS.
• Experience in Digital transformation and modernization program
• Traditional Application Development (object-oriented, functional) & Modern Cloud Native
• Hands on experience with at least one of the Front end frameworks like Angular, react or VueJS
• Hands on experience with at least one of the back end technology like .NET or Java or NodeJS
• Should have a great understanding of SQL and NoSQL database technologies like MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.
• Experience developing with containers, micro-services, and message queues
• Prior experience with or knowledge of DevSecOps practices and principles.
• Experience in Practice/CoE building initiatives will be a plus

• Executive presence, influence and ability to collaborate & motivate across the organization
• Should be able to give structure to ambiguous problems and take them to logical solution.
