Job Description
- Provide Tier 2 network support for a complex enterprise WAN and LAN network.
- Provide Tier 2 network support for complex RF systems.
- Troubleshoot and identify sources of problems and resolve issues.
- Monitor and resolve service requests in accordance with published Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in establishing and enforce best practice processes for network management, including configurations, monitoring, patch management and security.
- Operate satellite modems, redundancy switch, associated cables, and interconnects; up converters, down converters, HPAs, LNAs, LNB, Waveguide (rigid, flex, and elliptical) joints and connections, IF cable and connections, antenna, antenna motors, SSPA, ACU, and associated cabling and interconnects, HVAC Units, UPS, Generator (if applicable).
- Maintain and troubleshoot using any TMDE required over and above the BIT capability of the supported equipment.
