Job Description
- Train, coach, and mentor staff with the aim of strengthening their skills and knowledge with regard to capacity strengthening (training, mentoring, coaching, follow up, oversight) as well as supporting their improved facilitation and TOT skillsProvide support to teams on how best to assess capacity and progress of capacity strengthening as well as documentationLead on development of a few select indicators to be used by the country program to assess performance in terms of delivering capacity strengtheningISHA specific:Facilitate ISHA team to identify partner capacity strengthening needs, and to develop and tailor tools and approaches according to each partner.
