Objectives of this Role
- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs to meet the short- and long-term needs.
- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
- Oversee the company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.
- Adhere to company and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary.
- Perform related duties & special projects for other malls under developments as assigned such as launching new malls, leasing, merchandise mix planning and operations.
- Formulate and Set the annual budget for each entity and ensure that all available resources used to maximize revenues and minimize costs to achieve maximized P&L.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
- Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO
- Directly oversee operations including Customer Care, Call Center, Malls operation including Administration buildings, Security , Housekeeping , maintenance, Traffic, cleaning, pest control, Landscape, waste collection, mall administration. And partner with the CEO on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term.
- Managing and sustaining key relationships with existing & potential tenants.
- Responsible in overseeing and directing the personnel function of each entity including recruitment, hiring, employee relation, performance appraisal and succession planning.
- Receive on a daily basis all operating projects check list to ensure that high quality properties & policies standard are maintained effective time line as well as making sure that a preventive maintenance plan is being applied.
- Ensure that emergency procedures are practiced and enforced in all projects of the group to ensure the security and safety of guests & employees is adhered at all times.
- Aggressively manage capital investments and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability.
- Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 15 years of experience in the same field.
- Experienced in the strategic planning and Customer Excellence.
- Experience in the Real-estate and property Management “ Residential and Commercial”.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Experience in operations of large-scale developments.
- Excellent Team Management skills.
