Job Description
- REAL ESTATE / PROPERTY MANAGER – KSA! My client is a well-established diverse company in KSA, who is now looking for a Property Manager or Real Estate Manager! They have a portfolio of Lands, Showrooms, rental locations, hotels and are needing a switched-on individuals to manage the real estate portfolio! We are looking for someone currently in a similar job role, working for a well-known Gulf operator. You will be dynamic, driven, well connected and must currently be based in the Gulf region. Your role will be full management of all properties belonging to the company, review lease contracts, tender proposals, asset management, market studies and price updates marketing properties to investors and brand attraction to add value to locations.
