Job Description
- Responsible to locate new store locations for Al Bustan Retail shops based on the standard shop criteria.
- Responsible to prepare a country mapping for the expansion of the retail shops in different cities in KSA based on the demographic of Al Bustan target consumers
- Responsible to locate new shop locations based on the Agreed country mapping.
- Undertake technical and site feasibility in coordination with Retail operation manager
- Required to stay abreast of current market conditions and the real estate development in each city ex: New Malls, new areas, new traffic generators, new residential areas etc.…
- Responsible to negotiate new contract terms with shop owners in relation to rent, payment and other leasing conditions.
- Liaise with legal and services department to validate legal contract conditions.
- Liaise with the Designer company to provide shop respective information to commence the store design.
- Coordinate with the design company to review & approve the concept design and shop rendering.
