Crewing Officer

Updating, planning and monitoring the crew rotation for the offshore staff and closely monitoring with the Operations Manager /HR for the replacements • Carrying out various administrative tasks such as contacting the staff on vacation to confirm their return dates, collecting the training documents, Verifying the documents, Arranging transportation, transportation. • Monitoring the expiry and timely renewals / bookings of food handler’s medicals, safety certificates etc. • Arranging the staff vacations, documentation, formalities, booking the flight tickets of the crew in coordination with the HR Department. • To carry out various routine tasks such as applying Port gate passes for the On-sign/off- sign crew. • Visiting the offshore locations for crewing related issues • Generating weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly reports. • Attending to employee grievances & reporting the same to operations Manager & HR for determining and solving the problems. • Closely monitoring motivational level of offshore employees & responding the same to Operations Manager/HRD
