Job Description

• Responsible for all operations for offshore locations (Supply ships / vessels, Rigs, Barges, Platforms). • To assist the Head of Offshore Operations Manager in all aspects of offshore operations. • To plan, organize, direct, and control all daily activities & mobilization activities in the Catering Units offshore vessels and ensure that the procedures, including the QHSE procedures laid down are communicated and the progress of activities is regulated and checked against targets and Objectives. • To conduct regular operational visits on vessels monthly schedules to be submitted. • To continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Catering and ensure that procedures & processes are clearly communicated and understood • To establish strong relationship with clients marketing and seek feedback about our company's performance with clients. • To follow up with any clients' complaints in writing and implement necessary changes to prevent recurrences(documented) • Respond to all correspondences with vessel catering operation and clients • To follow up on internal training whenever necessary and to carry out QHSE assessments for our activities on vessels. • Coordinating with all Location Managers/Chief Cooks for all supply needs based on budgets. • Assess, prepare and implement all maintenance of Teyseer Services Company logistics materials including containers. • Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager for all matters relating to the running of the contracts in conjunction with HOD . • Ensure that crew rotations are performed correctly, and arrangements are made to send the seamen on or before their rotation due date. Maximum 150days. • Provide all end of month documents in time good time to FAD for early processing by 25th of every month. • Suggesting new methods for improving the quality & performance of offshore locations • Generating weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly reports • Attending to employee grievances & reporting the same to HR in writing for determining and solving the problems. • Closely monitoring motivational level of offshore employees & responding the same to DO/HR • Assisting DO/HRD to identify employee for the monthly awards (from offshore locations) • Closely monitoring accommodation arrangement for new staff of offshore as well for rotation staff. • Conducting interviews in coordination with HR to select quality candidates for offshore locations with contactable references.
