- Western educated, trained and experienced RN with valid professional registration and license from country of origin; -Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent Nursing Degree not less than 3 years study duration from an accredited program; -MSN/Master Degree in Nursing or- Nursing Administration, Health Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital or Business Administration- or related; - At least 5 years of current Director of Nursing ( or CNO/Chief of Nursing ) experience in a general tertiary care Hospital; or working in a similar high Executive Leadership Nursing Role; - Senior Nurse Executive - who is Passionate, Dedicated and Committed in providing the best clinical leadership, the best leadership in patient care delivery- highest patient quality care, exceptional patient satisfaction and delivering the best teaching strategies to support Evidence-Based Practice;
