Manage, plan, arrange and implement the overall operations of the store (organize the progress of the day, week and month to achieve the follow-up goals), lead the sales team to complete the sales task.
Complete the company's sales indicators, analyze the sales and inventory of the products on a regular basis, and propose suggestions and improvement actions.
Lead the sales techniques of the store, collect and analyze the data of the competitors.
Actively assist the manager's promotional activities, and suggest the store promotional plan according to the needs and situation of the store.
Daily sales training and evaluation of the sales representatives.
Responsible for store staff, mobile phones, orders, sales, inventory, equipment, cash etc
Handling and solving challenging situations, customer objections, disputes, after-sales services, etc.
Responsible of the store image, and resolutely maintain brand image and atmosphere.
Supervise on the safety and cleaning of various equipment, tools and place.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree
At least 4 yrs experience as a retail store manage
Excellent presentation, communication and management skill
