Welcome and greet visitors and register all customer data in CRM System and AS400 System.
Receive and Sort Faxes and deliver it.
Provide the customers with all information that they need.
Arrange all customers’ visits and transfer them smoothly to Service advisor or Salesman.
Renew the insurance for the customers.
Maintain information desk area clean and uncluttered.
Make daily showroom and receiving area maintenance check list.
Make daily No show Report for Service customers.
Receive Sales Visit Forms and register it on CRM System.
Make daily “Traffic Log “reports for Service Department and Sales Department.
Enter customer data in Facebook leads and Facebook inquiry reports.
Add aftersales campaigns leads.
Conducts phone survey on commercial sales service.
Any other duties within the nature of his/her qualifications, or such duties that become within the nature of his/her qualifications as a result of any training or qualification he/she has received by El Kasrawy Group .
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree.
Fresh grads are welcome to apply and Preferred customer service background.
Good English language in both spoken, written and reading.
